2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $79.00 to the following countries: DE, US, FR, GB, CA, IL, PR, NO, BR, PL, JP, AT, PT, BE, KR, MA, IT, FI, SE, CH, NZ, AU, SG, IE, ES, NL.


3. Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?

Yes, if your total order quantity is 4 pairs or fewer and you didn’t use any vouchers or promotions, you can combine your orders into a single shipment. We’ll also refund part of the shipping fee. Just send an email to Contact SCOOLGLASSES with your order numbers before checking your package status.


4. Can I ship my order to a different country from my billing address?

Yes, you can! Simply ensure that the shipping address you provide is where you'd like your glasses to be delivered.


5. What should I do if my package is damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, please immediately Contact SCOOLGLASSES. We’ll assist you in getting a replacement pair as quickly as possible.
